Review Reply Drafter · one of the jobs you can hire

Every review gets a reply. You just post it.

Give it the reviews. It writes one reply for each, in the tone you chose, from facts you gave it — then hands the lot back for you to copy and post.

An employee’s page on an iPhone: its job, a Working status, finished runs, next run date, Run now and Pause buttons, and the brief it works to.
Its job in plain words, when it next runs, and Pause one tap away.

Nothing to connect. You supply the reviews.

Each review sits beside the reply it produced, so you can read both before a single word goes anywhere public.

It drafts. That is the whole job. It does not fetch your reviews, watch for new ones, or put a reply back on the platform — and it will never tell you it did.

How Review Reply Drafter actually works

  1. Take the reviews you pickedOnly the exact reviews and the one business location you selected for this pack. It does not go looking for more.
  2. Read them as writtenThe review text you pasted, uploaded or saved. Nothing is summarised away before the reply is written.
  3. Check the location and the factsWhich of your sites this is, and which business facts you have actually approved it to use.
  4. Write one reply per reviewIn the tone you chose, using the review in front of it and the facts you gave it. Nothing else.
  5. Check every draft before you see itAnything that invents a fact, promises a remedy, or answers a legal, safety, discrimination or compensation complaint is stopped here.
  6. Hand you the packOne Result: each review, its reply, the tone and facts used, and a list of anything it would not answer. Open, copy, save or export.

What it will not do

Every employee starts paused, and when you hire one you choose its Control — draft only, ask me each time, work on its own within the limits you set, or check and report only. This one arrives on draft only, and the setting matters less here than anywhere else on the shelf: its list of allowed actions is empty. There is no mode in which it sends, posts or messages anything.

What you set up

Three questions, asked once. The tone — warm and concise, professional and concise, or friendly and conversational. The business location these reviews belong to, which is what stops a reply crediting the wrong branch. And what happens to a serious review: send it to Needs you, or leave it out of the pack and record why.

Then you attach the reviews — up to four sources on one job, so a pasted batch, an export and your saved records can go in together. You can add business facts and any remedy wording you are happy for it to use; leave that empty and it simply has less it is allowed to say. It runs when you tell it to, or on a daily or weekly check if you keep adding to the same set. Compare that with Review & Referral Requests, which does the opposite job: it asks for the review in the first place, and it does send.

Who it's for

Trades where a stranger's opinion is the shopfront. Hairdressing and beauty, where the salon gets picked off a phone screen before anyone rings. Garages, where one bad MOT review outlives the job it came from. Domestic cleaners and removals firms, who are let into people's homes on the strength of what other people wrote. Driving instructors and pet groomers, where the booking tends to follow the rating.

It suits the owner who reads a two-star review at half nine at night and knows that replying while annoyed is the actual risk. The reply is written by then; what is left is reading it and deciding to post.

Questions people ask

Does it read my Google reviews?

No. It does not connect to Google Business Profile and it cannot fetch or watch a review inbox. You give it the reviews: paste them in, upload an export, or point it at review records you already keep in LoopSuite.

Does it post the replies for me?

No. Replying to a review is on its denied list, and its list of allowed actions is empty, so there is nothing it can send in any setting. It saves a pack of drafts. You copy each one and post it yourself.

What happens with a review that is really serious?

You choose at setup. When a review raises a legal, safety, discrimination or compensation issue, it either goes to Needs you for you to handle, or it is left out of the pack with the reason recorded. There is no third option where it answers anyway.

Can it offer a refund or a discount to settle a complaint?

No. It will only use remedy wording you have given it. If a reply needs a remedy you have not approved, it stops and asks for the wording rather than inventing one.

Do I have to connect an app to use it?

No. Pasted, uploaded or saved reviews are enough on their own. There is one optional extra: you can point it at a single Google Maps place so that business's basic details are available to the job. It supplies no review text and no posting access, and the location the drafts actually use is the one you type in at setup. Nothing else on the integrations list is needed for this job.

Will the same review get answered twice?

No. It identifies each review by its platform and review id, or by the review text and the date it was seen, so a review that already has a draft is not drafted again.

Answering enquiries rather than reviews? That is Enquiry Reply Assistant. The full shelf is on the employees page.

The reply is already written. Read it, post it, get on.
