When something needs you, you get a text. Tap to OK it, change it or leave it.

Messages go from your own phone, WhatsApp or Gmail, and the finished work stays in the same chat.

Chats is where your staff text you. Team shows everyone and what they did this week. Business holds the details your whole team works from, and shows money in, reviews and bookings.

They learn
Every member of staff keeps a notebook.
They write down what they learn about your business, like who pays after one text or which posts do best, and read it before every shift. You can check or change anything they have learned.

Is LoopSuite just a chatbot?
No. You get a Manager to talk to and staff who each do one job on repeat. They text you when something needs you, and the finished work stays in the same chat.
Do I need business software?
No. Plenty of owners run everything from their phone. Your staff work from what you tell them and the photos you send, and you can connect apps like Gmail or Google Calendar when a job needs them.
Can they send anything without me?
Not unless you say so. “Ask me before sending” is on for everyone, so nothing goes to a customer without your tap. You can let one member of staff do one routine job on its own if you want.
Can I start without connecting an app?
Yes. LoopSuite looks your business up from its name or website and asks only what it could not find, and your staff can get quotes, reminders and posts ready straight away. Connect an app only when a job needs it.
What is the Manager?
The one you talk to. Tell it a job, ask what needs you, or tell it to change how someone works. It adds new staff for you too.
What is a member of staff?
An AI helper that does one job on repeat, like chasing quotes or asking for reviews. They text you when they need you and never send anything without your OK.
