Community guidelines.
Team Rooms are private business workspaces for people invited into the same account. Everyone using them must communicate lawfully, respectfully and with appropriate authority.
Use Team Rooms for work
Share only what the business and your role allow.
- Keep customer and staff information relevant
- Do not share passwords or secret tokens
- Respect confidentiality and intellectual property
- Use mentions and Manager assistance responsibly
Not allowed
No harassment, threats, abuse or unlawful content.
Do not use Team Rooms for bullying, discrimination, sexual exploitation, fraud, impersonation, malware, illegal goods or services, privacy invasion, or instructions that create serious harm.
Manager in a room
AI assistance does not replace human responsibility.
Manager may summarise or suggest a next step when room settings allow. People remain responsible for checking important facts and approving any outside action through the normal Control.
Reporting and moderation
Report unsafe content or block a person where available.
LoopSuite may preserve limited evidence, restrict access, remove content or accounts, and cooperate with lawful requests when necessary for safety, security or legal compliance. Email info@loopsuite.ai if the in-app route is unavailable.
