Account deletion
Users can request deletion by emailing [email protected] from the email address used for their LoopSuite account with the subject "Delete my LoopSuite account".
In the app
Use the account/settings area in the app to request account deletion where that option is available. If you cannot access the app, use the public email path below.
On the web
Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my LoopSuite account" from the email address used for the LoopSuite account. This page is the planned public deletion URL for users who cannot use the app.
What may be deleted
- App account where deletion is allowed.
- Cloud profile and settings.
- Cloud conversations, memories, jobs, approvals, automations, and artifacts where deletion is allowed.
- Connected-service records controlled by LoopSuite where deletion is allowed.
What may be retained
Some billing, tax, payment, refund, fraud-prevention, security, abuse, audit, dispute, backup, legal, or team-account records may be retained where required or permitted. Backup copies may remain for up to 90 days before expiry in the ordinary backup cycle. Billing, tax, accounting, invoice, payment, refund, and legally relevant business records may be retained for up to 6 years or longer where required by law. Support tickets, AI response reports, and safety/audit events may be kept for up to 2 years unless a legal, security, abuse, or dispute reason requires longer retention.
Connected services
Users should also disconnect LoopSuite from third-party services and delete data directly through those services where those providers control the data.
Team and business accounts
If an account belongs to a team or business account, deletion may require owner transfer, admin review, or support handling so other users are not locked out or deprived of business records.
