AI response reporting

LoopSuite users can report AI responses that appear unsafe, offensive, misleading, inaccurate, privacy-invasive, abusive, or otherwise problematic. Use the in-app report action when available, or email [email protected].

What users can report

Users should be able to report AI responses that appear offensive, unsafe, misleading, inaccurate, privacy-invasive, abusive, or otherwise problematic.

What reports may include

Reports may include reason codes, message IDs, response IDs, timestamps, account IDs, and optional user notes. Users should not include passwords, payment details, private keys, secret tokens, or unnecessary personal information.

How reports are used

Reports may be reviewed by LoopSuite support or safety staff and used to improve filtering, safety rules, model behavior, support workflows, and abuse prevention.

AI limits

LoopSuite uses AI and may make mistakes. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, sending them, publishing them, spending money, deleting data, or changing business records.
