Service providers.

LoopSuite uses a bounded set of providers to run the service. The exact provider involved depends on the feature, platform, region and connections the customer chooses.

Core infrastructure

Authentication, database, storage and backend services.

Supabase may be used for authentication, database, storage, Edge Functions, account infrastructure, work records, memory, artifacts, usage and audit services.

AI and voice

Only the context needed for the requested work.

OpenAI and other AI providers may be used for responses, summaries, drafts, structured Results, voice interactions and workflow suggestions. Prompts, files, voice or connected-service content may be sent when needed for the customer’s request.

Billing

Subscriptions and entitlement state.

RevenueCat, Apple, Google and web billing providers may be used for subscription products, purchase and entitlement state, billing-management links and webhook delivery.

Mobile and notifications

Distribution, updates and push delivery.

Expo, Apple and Google may provide mobile platform services, app distribution, updates, notifications, device services and store billing infrastructure.

Analytics and diagnostics

Only when configured and allowed.

Website analytics and advertising measurement load only under the applicable privacy choice. Operational diagnostics may be used to find crashes, outages and security problems without turning private business content into marketing data.

Customer-selected connected services

The customer decides which outside accounts to connect.

Email, calendars, accounting, payments, CRM, files, social platforms and other services process data under their own terms. A catalogue listing is not proof that every employee or action is available through that provider.
