Is the free start a time-limited trial?
No. It is one-time starter Work Capacity with two employee spaces and no time limit. It does not renew each month.
What happens when starter or monthly capacity is used?
New work waits safely. Your employees, settings and completed Results remain available, and you can choose a paid plan or wait for the next paid monthly renewal where applicable.
Does LoopSuite charge automatically for extra capacity?
No. Extra-capacity purchases are not part of the current public offer and LoopSuite does not automatically top up or charge for them.
Can I cancel a paid plan?
Plans renew monthly until cancelled before renewal. Cancellation normally leaves access active until the end of the paid period; the exact refund and management route depends on whether you paid on the web, through Apple or through Google Play.
