Terms of service.
LoopSuite is provided by Trovelogic Limited, company number 16357210. By creating an account or using LoopSuite, you agree to these terms.
What LoopSuite does
Business messaging, focused employees and connected tools.
LoopSuite can prepare drafts, Results and recommended actions; help route work to focused employees; and use selected connected services. Features depend on the current plan, platform, connected account, permissions and product availability.
Customer responsibility
You remain responsible for the business and its decisions.
Keep account details secure, use accurate business information, respect customer and staff privacy, review important outputs, and make sure you have authority to connect accounts or supply data. Do not use LoopSuite for unlawful, harmful, deceptive or abusive activity.
AI limitations
AI can be incomplete or wrong.
Review important prices, scope, tax, customer messages, financial information, bookings, records and commitments before relying on or approving them. LoopSuite does not provide legal, tax, accounting, medical or other regulated professional advice.
Approvals and connected services
A connection is not permission for every action.
Sending, publishing, spending, deleting, changing access or changing business records follows the selected Control. Third-party services have their own terms, permissions, availability and data practices. LoopSuite cannot guarantee a provider will accept or complete an action.
Pricing and subscriptions
Three paid plans and one-time starter capacity.
Current UK web prices are Starter at £49/month, Growth at £139/month and Pro at £299/month. They include 5, 15 and 40 employee spaces respectively plus shared Monthly Work Capacity. New business accounts may receive two spaces and one-time starter capacity. Store prices may vary by country, tax and store tier. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled before renewal.
Cancellation and refunds
The billing provider controls the management route.
Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves access until the end of the paid period. Apple purchases and refund requests follow Apple’s process; Google Play purchases follow Google’s process. For web billing questions, contact info@loopsuite.ai. Mandatory consumer rights still apply where relevant.
Availability and changes
The service can evolve and sometimes be unavailable.
LoopSuite may change, pause or retire features, employee versions, provider routes or limits. Maintenance, internet access, third-party outages, app permissions and Mac-local requirements can affect availability. Saved Results and honest recovery states are preferred to invented success.
Business use and law
LoopSuite is for people aged 18 or older.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory local law gives additional rights. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be limited.
