What not to send

Do not send passwords, API keys, one-time codes, payment card details, private keys, secret tokens, full private logs, private customer lists, or raw sensitive business files unless support explicitly asks for the smallest safe excerpt.

Helpful details

When contacting support, useful details include app version, device type, approximate time, feature used, the error shown, and a redacted screenshot or diagnostic excerpt. The app includes redaction helpers for some copied diagnostics, but users should still review anything before sending it.
