When you contact support, useful details include app version, device type, approximate time, the feature used, the error shown, and a redacted screenshot or diagnostic excerpt.
The app includes redaction helpers for some copied diagnostics, but please still review anything before sending it.

Common questions
What should I not send to support?
Do not send passwords, API keys, one-time codes, payment card details, private keys, secret tokens, full private logs, private customer lists, or raw sensitive business files unless support explicitly asks for the smallest safe excerpt.
How do I delete my account or request my data?
Account deletion information is available at /account-deletion/ and privacy information at /privacy/. Privacy, export, and deletion requests can be sent to [email protected].
How do I report an AI response?
Use the in-app report action when available, or email [email protected]. Public AI reporting policy information is available at /ai-reporting/.
Will you verify my identity before changing my account?
Yes. LoopSuite may ask for account verification before changing account access, deleting data, or discussing private business records. Team or business-account requests may need owner or admin checks so other users are not locked out.
