LoopSuite is an AI workforce for small service businesses. You hire an employee to own one job — building quotes, answering enquiries, chasing what you are owed — and it works from your real price list and your real accounts rather than from guesses.
Who it is for
Sole traders and small service businesses, mostly trades. The people we build for finish the job at six and then start the paperwork. The product exists to take the second shift off them, one job at a time, without asking them to learn a system first.
What it does, plainly
You describe the business in your own words. There are no forms to fill in. You hire an employee for a single job, it runs a small bounded test first so you can see the work before it goes live, and it comes back with drafts and a short list of what needs you.
It works from the sources you give it — your price list, your customer list, quote folders, uploaded files, your website, and connected apps such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Sheets and Stripe where you choose to connect them. If something is missing, it tells you instead of inventing it. It will not guess a price.
What it will not do without you
Money, access changes, permanent deletion and live ad spend always wait for your approval — even on the most autonomous setting. That is enforced in the app, not a promise on a website. Every employee you hire starts paused, and nothing runs until you switch it on.
We would rather tell you what the product cannot do than have you find out later. It works from the records you give it, so anything marked paid is skipped — but it cannot see your bank.
