Xero built for small business cash flow

Xero for small business — turn accounts data into cash flow action

Xero keeps your books perfectly. But it doesn't chase invoices, explain your cash flow position, or tell you what to do next. LoopSuite adds the action layer that turns your Xero data into consistent follow-up.

The problem

Where it creates friction without help.

01

Overdue invoices sit in Xero with no one chasing them

Xero shows which invoices are overdue on the dashboard, but it won't reliably follow them up. LoopSuite reads your Xero aged receivables and drafts a polite chase email for each late payer — you read it and approve before a single message goes out.

02

You only find out about a cash flow dip when you go looking

Xero's short-term cash flow view is there if you open it, but you're on a job, not at the desk. LoopSuite reads your Xero balances, upcoming bills and expected payments and drafts a plain-English summary of where you stand — sent to you, nothing changed in your books.

03

New contacts and invoices get logged late or inconsistently

When work comes in by email or phone, the Xero invoice or contact often gets raised days later. LoopSuite drafts the invoice or contact from what you tell it, matched to your Xero details, and holds it for your approval before it's created.

How it works

What LoopSuite does with your data.

01

Chases your overdue invoices, worded for the customer

LoopSuite pulls the overdue list from Xero, drafts a chase for each — first a gentle nudge, firmer for repeat late payers — with the amount, invoice number and due date filled in. You approve each one, or all at once, before any email sends.

02

Turns your Xero numbers into a weekly cash flow read

It reads your bank balance, unpaid invoices and upcoming bills from Xero and drafts a short summary: what's owed to you, what you owe, and what's likely to land this week. It's a draft to you — it never edits or reconciles anything in Xero.

03

Drafts invoices and contacts, ready to create in Xero

Tell LoopSuite who the customer is and what the job was — it drafts the Xero invoice with line items, contact and tax code prefilled. Nothing is created in Xero until you approve it, so your books stay clean.

Questions

Common questions.

Will LoopSuite change or reconcile anything in my Xero account?

No. LoopSuite reads your Xero data and drafts actions — chases, summaries, invoices — but nothing is created, sent or edited in Xero without your explicit approval. Reconciliation and your books stay entirely in your hands.

Do I have to move off Xero or learn a new accounts dashboard?

No. LoopSuite works alongside Xero — you keep doing your books there exactly as now. It just adds the chasing and cash flow follow-up on top, from one chat, so there's no migration and nothing new to log into.

Can it chase overdue invoices automatically without me checking each one?

It drafts every chase for you, and you can approve them in one go or review them individually. It won't send a chase you haven't seen — you stay in control of the tone and timing for each customer.
