Chase genuinely overdue invoices after checking the facts.
One genuinely overdue issued invoice is moved towards payment without contacting paid, disputed, stale or unsafe cases.
See how it works

Payment Chaser
A message preview with the invoice reference, current balance, due date, payment and credit evidence, original thread, attempt count, reminder and delivery outcome.
Example outcome. The customer, price, account and private work are deliberately not shown.
What it finishes
Invoice follow-up
A message preview with the invoice reference, current balance, due date, payment and credit evidence, original thread, attempt count, reminder and delivery outcome.
Illustrative customer journey. Private customer, account and provider data is not shown.
What starts the job
An issued customer invoice is due, still shows money owing and reaches the saved reminder timing.
Invoice INV-104 is seven days overdue with £480 still due. Payment Chaser checks the original thread and finds no reply or dispute, then returns the polite reminder for approval. A customer-reported payment pauses the chase for reconciliation.
Apps, Sources and business facts
Give this employee the exact information its job needs.
It rechecks the current invoice, remaining balance, payments, credits and complete original conversation immediately before contact.
- QuickBooks
- Xero
- Stripe
- LoopSuite Sources
- LoopSuite invoice records
- Gmail
- Outlook
Without a connected app
A useful fallback—without pretending it did more.
A dated invoice Source or exact LoopSuite invoice record can produce a reminder draft in Results. Sending needs the selected mailbox conversation.
When it messages you
Needs You appears only when the job genuinely cannot continue safely.
- The current invoice status, balance or verified recipient is missing.
- A dated Source needs refreshing.
- The customer disputes the invoice or says they have already paid.
- The selected invoice or email route is ambiguous, blocked or awaiting approval.
Control and hand-off
Prepared work stays separate from an outward action.
Ask before sending is the default. It may remain draft-only or use narrow saved routine authority for the exact selected invoice and conversation. If the owner needs a new payment route, it may suggest Payment Link Sender through an owner-approved employee link.
Clear boundaries
What Payment Chaser deliberately does not do.
- It never chases a draft, never-issued, paid, due-later, voided or written-off invoice.
- It never treats an old list as a current balance.
- It never invents payment terms, fees, bank details or legal wording.
- It is not an invoice maker, debt collector or payment-link creator.
- It cannot guarantee that an invoice will be paid.
