When they start

An issued customer invoice is due, still shows money owing and reaches the saved reminder timing.

A cleaning company’s invoice INV-104 is seven days overdue with £480 still due. Payment Chaser checks the original thread and finds no reply or dispute, then texts the owner a polite reminder to OK. A customer-reported payment pauses the chase so the owner can check.

When they text you

They only text you when they need you.

  • The current invoice status, balance or verified recipient is missing.
  • A dated Source needs refreshing.
  • The customer disputes the invoice or says they have already paid.
  • The selected invoice or email route is ambiguous, blocked or awaiting approval.

You stay in charge

Nothing goes out without your OK.

Ask before sending is the default. It may remain draft-only or use narrow saved routine authority for the exact selected invoice and conversation. If the owner needs a new payment route, it may suggest Payment Link Sender through an owner-approved employee link.

Clear boundaries

What Payment Chaser won’t do.

  • It never chases a draft, never-issued, paid, due-later, voided or written-off invoice.
  • It never treats an old list as a current balance.
  • It never invents payment terms, fees, bank details or legal wording.
  • It is not an invoice maker, debt collector or payment-link creator.
  • It cannot guarantee that an invoice will be paid.
