Affiliate Terms
The plain-English rules of the LoopSuite affiliate programme — what you earn, how referrals are tracked, and when we pay.
Last updated: 14 July 2026
1. Who these terms are with
The LoopSuite affiliate programme is run by Trovelogic Ltd ("we", "us"), which provides LoopSuite. Registered contact: Trovelogic Ltd, 1 Hurley Lane, Norton Canes, Atherstone, Staffordshire, CV9 2JJ, United Kingdom. By applying to the programme you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't apply.
2. Applying and approval
Anyone can apply, but joining isn't automatic. We review every application and may accept or decline at our discretion. You'll hear from us by email — usually within a day or two. Being accepted doesn't create an employment, partnership or agency relationship between us; you're an independent participant.
3. Your links and how referrals are tracked
We'll email you your unique affiliate links: one for the web, one for iPhone and one for Android. A referral is attributed to you when someone signs up to LoopSuite through one of your links.
- The window is 30 days, first touch. A signup counts as yours if it happens within 30 days of someone clicking your link. Where more than one affiliate link has been used, the referral is credited to the first one.
- The web link tracks most reliably. App-store links depend on the app stores' own attribution, which we don't control.
- Tracking can be affected by things outside our control — browser settings, ad blockers, a person switching device, or clicking someone else's link later. We can't guarantee that every referral will be attributed.
- Please don't try to alter, mask or manipulate the links or their tracking.
4. What the person you refer gets
Someone signing up through your link gets £20 of LoopSuite usage free. We may change the size of that credit in future — if we do, we'll update this page and the affiliate page.
5. What you earn
You earn £10 for each person who signs up through your link and becomes a paying LoopSuite subscriber. This is a one-off amount per referred subscriber, not a recurring share of what they pay. Commission is in pounds sterling (GBP).
6. When and how we pay
- Commission matures 30 days after the referred subscription starts. This period covers refunds and cancellations.
- If the subscription is refunded, reversed, charged back or cancelled before the commission matures, that commission isn't payable.
- Matured commission is paid by bank transfer.
- We'll ask for your payout details after you're approved — you don't need to give any bank details when you apply. It's your responsibility to give us accurate payout details; we're not liable for payments that fail or go astray because the details you gave were wrong.
7. What isn't eligible
- Self-referrals. You can't refer yourself, your own business, or accounts you control or are connected to.
- Referrals created through fraud, fake accounts, incentivised or automated signups, or anything designed to game the tracking.
- Signups from someone who already has a LoopSuite account.
- Anything that breaks these terms or the law.
Where we reasonably believe a referral falls into the above, we may withhold or reverse the commission and, if it's serious or repeated, close your affiliate account.
8. How you may promote LoopSuite
Recommend LoopSuite honestly. Specifically, please:
- Describe what LoopSuite actually does. Don't invent features, results, guarantees, earnings or savings, and don't state or imply that it does things it doesn't.
- Disclose that your link is an affiliate link where you're required to (in the UK, the CMA and ASA expect clear disclosure of paid or incentivised promotion). Making that disclosure is your responsibility.
- Don't spam. No unsolicited bulk email or messaging, and nothing that breaks a platform's rules.
- Don't imply you are LoopSuite or Trovelogic Ltd, or that you speak for us.
- Don't use our name or branding in a misleading way, or register domains, accounts or handles that could be mistaken for ours.
9. Reporting
You'll get an automatic weekly summary email showing clicks, signups, conversions and what you've earned. We aim to make this accurate, but it's provided for information — our own records are what we use to determine commission.
10. Ending it
Either of us can end this arrangement at any time, for any reason, by letting the other know. If you leave or we close your account, any commission that has properly matured and isn't affected by clause 7 will still be paid. Your links will stop working, and referrals after that point don't earn commission.
11. Tax
Commission is paid gross. You're responsible for your own tax, and for declaring this income to HMRC (or your local equivalent) and for any VAT position that applies to you.
12. Changes to the programme and these terms
We may update these terms, the commission amount, the free-usage credit or how the programme works. If we make a material change we'll tell you by email and update this page's "last updated" date. Changes aren't retrospective: commission already earned under the previous terms is honoured. If you keep promoting LoopSuite after a change, that counts as accepting it.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it can't lawfully be limited (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Otherwise, our liability to you in connection with this programme is limited to the commission properly payable to you.
14. Data
We handle the personal information in your application in line with our Privacy Policy. We use it to review your application, run your affiliate account, and pay you.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
