Affiliate programme terms.
LoopSuite is provided by Trovelogic Limited. These terms apply when an approved affiliate uses a LoopSuite referral link.
Joining
Applications are reviewed.
LoopSuite may accept or decline an application. Links may operate while an application is pending, but payouts unlock only after approval. Payout details are collected privately, never on a public application page.
Commission
£10 for one attributed new paid subscriber.
One commission is available for each new customer who signs up through the affiliate route and starts a paid subscription. Self-referrals and businesses owned or controlled by the affiliate are not eligible.
Attribution
Thirty-day first-touch window—with platform limits.
The first affiliate link used is credited when the signup occurs within 30 days. A signup that does not carry the code cannot be credited retrospectively. Web is the strongest person-level route; app-store and privacy controls can limit attribution.
Maturity and payment
Commissions mature after 30 days.
A refund or cancellation inside the maturity window voids that commission. Matured approved commissions are paid by bank transfer. Affiliates are responsible for their own tax obligations.
Honest promotion
Disclose the relationship and make only factual claims.
Affiliates must make the required advertising disclosure, use approved brand assets, and must not promise guaranteed outcomes, invent discounts or scarcity, spam people, impersonate LoopSuite, use coupon sites without written agreement, or bid on the LoopSuite name or misspellings.
Ending or changing the programme
Either side can end participation.
Trovelogic Limited may change future commission terms with notice or end participation for breach. Matured valid commission remains payable; fraudulent, self-referred or policy-breaching commission can be voided.
