Slack automation without Zapier or bots

The problem

Where it creates friction without help.

01

Jobs get agreed in a Slack channel, then nobody raises the invoice

A 'can you sort this' message in #ops is a real job, but it never leaves the thread. LoopSuite spots the request and drafts the invoice for you to approve — no chasing the channel later.

02

Action items in threads scroll away before anyone books them

Someone commits to calling a client back or ordering parts, then the thread buries it. LoopSuite pulls the action out and drafts the follow-up or reminder, holding it until you say send.

03

You end up being the human Zapier between Slack and everything else

A message lands, you copy it into your invoicing tool, your calendar, your task list. LoopSuite prepares each of those actions from the Slack message itself — you just approve, no workflow builder to wire up.

How it works

What LoopSuite does with your data.

01

Reads the channels and threads you point it at

LoopSuite watches the Slack channels and DMs you choose — job requests, client updates, 'don't forget' notes — and understands which messages imply a next business action.

02

Turns a message into a drafted action

From a single Slack message it prepares the right output: an invoice, a client email, a diary entry or a task reminder — filled in with the details from the thread, ready for your review.

03

Replies and confirms back in Slack once you approve

After you approve, LoopSuite can post a confirmation into the same channel — 'invoice sent', 'call booked for Tuesday' — so the team sees the loop closed without leaving Slack.

Questions

Common questions.

Will LoopSuite send messages or post in Slack without me?

No. LoopSuite reads the channels you choose and drafts the action, but nothing is posted, sent or invoiced until you approve it. Any confirmation it posts back to Slack happens only after your say-so.

Which Slack channels does LoopSuite read?

Only the channels and DMs you point it at. You decide whether it watches #ops, a client channel or just direct messages — it doesn't crawl your whole workspace, and you can change the scope any time.

Can it turn a Slack request into an invoice automatically?

It drafts the invoice from the message — pulling in the client, the work described and any amounts mentioned — then holds it for you to check. You approve, and only then does it raise or send it.
