1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LoopSuite ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Trovelogic Ltd ("LoopSuite", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.

2. Description of Service

LoopSuite is an AI business platform that provides each customer with an isolated AI teammate capable of working across your business tools on your instruction. Depending on the integrations you connect and the automations you configure, this can include:

  • A persistent AI teammate that answers questions, drafts content, and carries out tasks
  • Lead generation and outreach
  • Social media content creation and posting
  • Email, messaging, and customer communication
  • Advertising campaign management
  • Content creation (blogs, brochures, images, videos)
  • CRM, bookings, invoicing, and shop-platform management
  • Scheduled automations and recurring workflows

The specific catalogue of integrations, skills, and automations available evolves over time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

You may not share your account with others or use another person's account.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

LoopSuite operates on a subscription basis. You select a plan (Core + optional add-on skills) and pay monthly fees as set out on our pricing page.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Early customers may lock in promotional pricing as stated at signup.

4.2 Payment

How your subscription is processed depends on where you subscribe:

  • Web (direct on loopsuite.ai): processed by Stripe. You authorise us to charge your payment method for subscription fees.
  • iOS (App Store): processed by Apple under the App Store terms you accepted when you created your Apple ID. Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are governed by those terms as well as these Terms.
  • Android (Google Play): processed by Google under the Google Play terms you accepted when you created your Google account. Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are governed by those terms as well as these Terms.

Regardless of the payment channel, we use RevenueCat to manage mobile subscription state (entitlements, renewals, cancellations). If payment fails, we may suspend your account until payment is resolved. We are not responsible for losses resulting from payment failures.

4.3 Trial and Refunds

We offer a 14-day trial period. If you cancel within the trial period, you will not be charged.

After the trial period:

  • Web subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • iOS subscriptions are refunded by Apple at Apple's discretion via reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds on Apple's behalf.
  • Android subscriptions are refunded by Google at Google's discretion via Google Play. We cannot issue refunds on Google's behalf.

4.4 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Web subscriptions: through your LoopSuite account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • iOS subscriptions: through Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
  • Android subscriptions: through the Google Play Store app → Subscriptions.

You retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

4.5 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Existing customers on promotional pricing retain their locked-in rate unless they change plans. Price changes on mobile subscriptions are also subject to Apple and Google's own price-change notification policies.

4.6 Fair Use and Usage Caps

LoopSuite is a fair-use platform. Plan tiers come with generous but finite headroom for AI model usage, automation runs, connected-service actions, storage, and traffic. To keep the service reliable and affordable for everyone, we reserve the right to apply usage caps, rate limits, or throttling at our discretion regardless of plan. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on AI token usage, messaging volume, or automation runs
  • Rate limits on individual actions that put excessive load on our infrastructure or third-party services
  • Throttling or pausing abnormal usage patterns that look automated, abusive, or inconsistent with normal business use

We aim to act reasonably when applying any cap and will typically try to reach out first where we can, to discuss options such as an upgrade, a cool-down, or an adjustment to how you're using the service. Caps or throttling do not entitle you to a refund of subscription fees. If we believe your usage materially exceeds fair use for your plan, we may contact you to discuss an appropriate tier or a custom arrangement.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing communications
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to compete with LoopSuite
  • Violate any third-party rights (intellectual property, privacy, etc.)

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

6. Third-Party Integrations and Messaging

6.1 How Integrations Work

LoopSuite connects to third-party business services (email, calendar, cloud storage, social media, advertising platforms, CRMs, shop platforms, accounting tools, messaging channels, and more) through our integration sub-processor Composio. When you authorise a connection, your AI teammate can read and act in that service on your instruction.

Our Privacy Policy explains how data flows through these integrations. Your use of each third-party service is also governed by that service's own terms (for example, WhatsApp's Business Terms when you connect WhatsApp, Meta's Platform Terms when you connect Facebook or Instagram, Google's API Services User Data Policy when you connect Google Workspace). You must comply with those terms. LoopSuite is not responsible for violations of third-party terms by you.

Your use of Composio for integration routing is also subject to Composio's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Composio acts as our sub-processor under a Data Processing Agreement with us; LoopSuite remains accountable to you for how your data is handled.

Recommended: use a dedicated business account for each connection, not your personal account. Wherever the third-party service supports it, connect a dedicated business-tier account, sub-account, or service account rather than your main personal account. This keeps permissions scoped, makes revocation cleaner, and reduces risk if a credential is ever compromised. LoopSuite cannot limit the scope of permissions the third-party service grants — that is controlled by the service itself.

6.2 Your Responsibilities for Outreach and Messaging

When your AI teammate sends outreach (email, WhatsApp, SMS, social DMs, or any other messaging channel) from your business identity on your instruction, you are responsible for:

  • Compliance: Ensuring all messages comply with applicable laws and regulations, including UK PECR, EU ePrivacy Directive, CAN-SPAM (US), and the terms of each messaging platform you use.
  • Consent: Obtaining appropriate consent or legal basis before contacting recipients.
  • Content: The content of all messages sent from your identity, even if drafted by LoopSuite's AI.
  • Opt-outs: Respecting opt-out requests and ensuring LoopSuite marks recipients who request to stop receiving messages.
  • Rate limits: Complying with the sending limits of each platform.
  • Prohibited content: Not sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content that violates a platform's policies.

6.3 Data Controller Status

When sending outreach through LoopSuite, you are the data controller for those messages. LoopSuite acts as your data processor. You are responsible for compliance with data protection laws (UK GDPR, EU GDPR) regarding the personal data of recipients.

6.4 Liability and Platform Suspensions

You are solely responsible for all actions taken through third-party services on your instruction. LoopSuite is not liable for:

  • Actions or messages that violate laws or regulations
  • Actions or messages that violate a third-party service's terms
  • Recipient complaints or legal claims arising from your outreach
  • Account suspensions or restrictions imposed by third-party services

If a third-party service suspends or restricts your account due to violations, LoopSuite may suspend your access to the corresponding feature. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from such suspensions.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Property

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other content, is owned by LoopSuite or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant LoopSuite a licence to use, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service.

7.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by LoopSuite's AI (including WhatsApp messages, emails, social posts) is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before it is sent or published.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

When you use LoopSuite to contact third parties (leads, customers), you are the data controller and must ensure compliance with data protection laws. LoopSuite acts as your data processor.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9.2 Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoopSuite's total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9.3 Exclusions

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, consequential, or special damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data
  • Actions, outages, or account suspensions by third-party services you connect (including messaging, social, ads, CRM, accounting, and shop platforms)
  • Content you create or messages you send through the Service
  • Refund decisions made by Apple or Google on subscriptions purchased through their stores

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until the period ends.

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You fail to pay subscription fees
  • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • You violate the terms of a third-party service you have connected, or applicable messaging regulations
  • Required by law or regulatory authority

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Service ends. We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period, except where required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law and International Availability

LoopSuite is operated by Trovelogic Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, and is offered to businesses worldwide (primarily English-speaking markets today).

These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

If you are a consumer resident outside the United Kingdom, you may still be entitled to the mandatory protections of your local consumer law; nothing in these Terms is intended to limit those mandatory protections. LoopSuite is a business tool and is not intended for consumer use (see §3 Account Registration).
