Your use of WhatsApp Business through Loopsuite is also subject to WhatsApp's Business Terms of Service. You must comply with these terms. Loopsuite is not responsible for any violations of WhatsApp's terms by you.
You are solely responsible for all WhatsApp messages sent from your business number through Loopsuite. Loopsuite is not liable for:
If WhatsApp suspends or restricts your WhatsApp Business account due to violations, Loopsuite may suspend your access to WhatsApp Business features. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from such suspensions.
The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other content, is owned by Loopsuite or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you upload or create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant Loopsuite a licence to use, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service.
Content generated by Loopsuite's AI (including WhatsApp messages, emails, social posts) is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before it is sent or published.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
When you use Loopsuite to contact third parties (leads, customers), you are the data controller and must ensure compliance with data protection laws. Loopsuite acts as your data processor.
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loopsuite's total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
