Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 July 2026.

LoopSuite is part of Trovelogic Ltd and is provided by Trovelogic Ltd. Support email: [email protected]. Privacy email: [email protected]. Post: Trovelogic Ltd, 1 Hurley Lane, Hurley, Atherstone, Warwickshire, CV9 2JJ, United Kingdom. By using LoopSuite, you agree to these terms.

What LoopSuite does

LoopSuite is an AI business assistant. It can help with planning, drafting, summarising, organising, goals, jobs, approvals, automations, memory, connected services, and trusted-Mac workflows.

User responsibilities

Users are responsible for their accounts, business data, connected services, instructions, approvals, and use of AI outputs. Users should keep accounts secure and must not share passwords, private keys, or secret tokens with LoopSuite support.

AI limitations

LoopSuite uses AI. AI can make mistakes. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, offensive, or unsuitable. Users must review outputs before relying on them, sending them, publishing them, spending money, deleting data, changing records, or making commitments.

LoopSuite does not provide legal, tax, accounting, medical, financial, employment, insurance, safety, or other regulated professional advice. Users should consult qualified professionals for those matters.

Approvals

LoopSuite may prepare drafts and previews. Users remain responsible for approving customer-facing, financial, publishing, account, deletion, access, and business-record actions. Unless clearly authorised and allowed by policy, LoopSuite should not send, publish, spend money, delete data, change business records, or make commitments for the user.

Connected services

If a user connects a third-party service, the user authorises LoopSuite to use it for tasks the user requests or approves. The user is responsible for complying with that service's terms and for having permission to use the connected account and data.

Team Rooms and user content

Team Rooms let authorised account members share messages, mentions, replies, reactions, supported attachments, decisions, tasks, and other business content. Room members can see the room's full retained history, including content added before they joined. Users should share content only where they have the right and the business authority to do so, and should not put passwords, private keys, payment-card data, unnecessary sensitive personal information, or material that other room members are not authorised to see into a room.

Users retain their rights in the content they submit. Users give LoopSuite the limited permission needed to host, copy, process, display, secure, moderate, export, and delete that content, and to send room-scoped context to an AI or other service provider when a participant invokes an applicable feature. A removed member loses room access, but their earlier messages may remain in the retained business record. Account owners, admins, room owners, and room moderators may have different membership, moderation, archive, and deletion powers.

Manager responses, reactions, proposed decisions, proposed tasks, and proposed memory are not votes, approvals, signatures, professional advice, or authority to bind the business. A human with the required role remains responsible for confirming decisions and actions.

Acceptable use

Users must not use LoopSuite to break the law, harm or deceive people, create malware/phishing/scams/spam, invade privacy, misuse personal data, infringe intellectual property rights, create exploitative content, generate fraudulent records, bypass safety systems, or make regulated decisions without appropriate human/professional review.

Users must not post or share content that is threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, unlawfully discriminatory, defamatory, deliberately deceptive, privacy-invasive, illegal, or intended to abuse, intimidate, impersonate, exploit, or expose another person. Users must not share another person's confidential or personal information without an appropriate right, purpose, and authority.

Reporting and moderation

Users can report unsafe, offensive, abusive, misleading, privacy-invasive, or otherwise problematic AI or user content through an available in-app report action. If that action is unavailable, users should email [email protected] with the account, room, approximate time, and reason, without repeating unnecessary sensitive content. LoopSuite may investigate reports and may remove content, restrict features or access, preserve safety evidence, suspend accounts, or contact an account owner or relevant authority where appropriate.

Account and room management controls do not remove LoopSuite's right to moderate the service. Users must not retaliate against a person who makes a good-faith report. Repeated or serious violations may result in immediate restriction or termination.

The Team Rooms Community Guidelines explain the room-specific content rules, reporting, participant blocking, moderator and platform-safety review, automated pre-publication filtering, evidence retention, and enforcement process.

Billing and subscriptions

Current web pricing is Starter at GBP 49/month, Growth at GBP 139/month, and Pro at GBP 299/month. Prices shown by Apple or Google may vary by country, local taxes, and app-store price tier. Plans renew monthly until cancelled before renewal.

Starter, Growth, and Pro include 5, 15, and 40 employee spaces respectively, together with a shared Monthly Work Capacity allowance that resets each paid billing period. An employee space is a place on the business roster; actual work uses the shared allowance. LoopSuite may warn, pause, or hold new work when the shared allowance or an employee protection limit is reached. Saved employees, settings, and completed results remain available.

New business accounts may receive one-time Free Starter Capacity and up to two employee spaces. This is separate from a paid subscription and does not renew. LoopSuite does not automatically charge for extra capacity. Optional extra-capacity purchases are not part of the current launch.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund past charges. Access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period unless the billing provider says otherwise. Purchases made through Apple App Store are handled by Apple, and refund requests must follow Apple's process. Purchases made through Google Play are handled by Google Play, and refund requests must follow Google Play's process. For web or direct billing questions, email [email protected].

Data

The Privacy Policy explains how data is handled.

Availability and changes

LoopSuite may change, pause, limit, or stop features. No AI or software service can guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate service.

Feature boundaries

Some features may be labelled beta or preview. Mac-only work depends on the Mac app being installed, signed in, awake, permitted, and connected; it should not be treated as a guaranteed server replacement. Provider-specific connected-service actions depend on live access, account permission, and LoopSuite policy for that provider.

Age and business use

LoopSuite is designed for business use and is not intended for children. Users should be 18 or older.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory local laws give a user additional rights that cannot be limited by contract.
