Shopify built for small business repeat revenue

Shopify for small business — turning first-time buyers into repeat customers

Getting someone to buy from your Shopify store is hard work. Keeping them coming back is where the real business value is built. LoopSuite connects to Shopify and automates the follow-up that turns first-time buyers into loyal customers.

The problem

Where it creates friction without help.

01

That first order is the last you ever hear from them

Someone buys once from your Shopify store and vanishes. LoopSuite reads your order and customer data and drafts a friendly post-purchase follow-up — a check-in, a how-to, a nudge back — ready for you to approve. Nothing sends until you say so.

02

Abandoned checkouts pile up and nobody's chasing them

Shopify records every abandoned checkout, but a busy owner rarely acts on them. LoopSuite spots the ones worth a nudge and drafts a recovery message for each, so you approve a batch in a minute instead of writing them one by one — or ignoring them.

03

Your best repeat buyers get the same generic email as everyone else

Shopify already tags customers by order count and spend, but that signal goes unused. LoopSuite reads those tags and drafts different follow-ups for a first-timer versus a loyal regular, so each message fits the customer. You review and approve before any of it goes out.

How it works

What LoopSuite does with your data.

01

Reads your Shopify orders and customer signals

LoopSuite connects to Shopify and reads orders, fulfilment status, abandoned checkouts and customer tags. It uses that to suggest who's due a follow-up and why — a review request after delivery, a re-order nudge, a win-back for a lapsed buyer — all as drafts.

02

Drafts the follow-up in your own words

Tell LoopSuite the goal — 'ask for a review once it's delivered' or 'win back customers who haven't ordered in 90 days' — and it drafts the message referencing the actual product and order. You edit a line, or approve as-is. It never invents a discount or promise you didn't set.

03

Reminds you at the right moment, sends only on approval

LoopSuite watches for the trigger — an order marked fulfilled, a checkout abandoned, a customer gone quiet — and surfaces a ready-to-approve draft at that point. Nothing is sent, published or discounted without your explicit say-so, and it works alongside the email and tools you already use.

Questions

Common questions.

Can LoopSuite email my Shopify customers automatically without me checking each one?

No — and that's deliberate. LoopSuite drafts every follow-up and waits for your approval. You can approve a whole batch of abandoned-checkout nudges in one go, but nothing reaches a customer until you've said yes.

Does it change anything in my Shopify store, like prices or orders?

No. LoopSuite reads your Shopify orders, customers and checkouts to draft follow-ups. It doesn't edit products, change prices, refund orders or issue discount codes on its own. It suggests and drafts; you stay in control of the store.

Will it create discount codes to win customers back?

Only if you tell it to, and it still drafts first for your approval. LoopSuite won't invent an offer or bake in a discount you didn't decide on. Set the terms, and it drafts the win-back message around them for you to send.
