1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules and guidelines for using LoopSuite ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

This AUP is part of our Terms of Service. Capitalised terms used here have the same meaning as in the Terms.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission

  • Reverse engineer or decompile the Service

2.5 Competitive Use

  • Use the Service to build a competing product or service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorisation
  • Use the Service to provide services to third parties as a service provider

3. Messaging and Outreach Rules

When your AI teammate sends messages or outreach on your behalf through any channel you connect (for example email, WhatsApp, SMS, social DMs, Slack, Discord, or any other messaging integration), you must comply with the rules in this section and with the terms of each platform you use.

3.1 Consent Requirements

  • Appropriate basis: You must have an appropriate legal basis to contact each recipient (consent, legitimate interest for B2B, or another valid basis under the law applicable to the recipient).
  • Clear purpose: Recipients must understand what they are being contacted about (e.g. appointment reminders, marketing messages, service updates).
  • Easy opt-out: Recipients must be able to opt out easily (reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or similar, or a clear unsubscribe link for email).
  • No purchased lists: Do not send messages to purchased or harvested contact lists.

3.2 Message Content

  • No spam: Do not send unsolicited bulk messages.
  • Relevant content: Messages must be relevant to the recipient and your business relationship.
  • No misleading content: Do not send deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading messages.
  • No prohibited content: Do not send content that violates the policies of the platform you are sending through (e.g. adult content, illegal goods, gambling on platforms that prohibit it).
  • Rate limits: Comply with each platform's rate limits and messaging windows (for example, WhatsApp's 24-hour customer-initiated conversation window).

3.3 Legal Compliance

  • UK PECR: Comply with UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (consent required for marketing messages where applicable).
  • EU ePrivacy: Comply with EU ePrivacy Directive (consent required for electronic marketing).
  • GDPR: Comply with UK/EU GDPR regarding personal data processing.
  • CAN-SPAM: If sending to US recipients, comply with CAN-SPAM Act.
  • Platform terms: Comply with the terms of every messaging platform you use (for example, WhatsApp's Business Terms when you connect WhatsApp; Meta's Platform Terms when you connect Facebook or Instagram; the relevant network's rules for SMS).

3.4 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring all messages comply with applicable laws
  • Obtaining an appropriate basis before sending messages
  • Respecting opt-out requests
  • The content of all messages sent from your identity
  • Any consequences (legal, financial, account suspension) resulting from your messaging

4. Email Marketing Rules

If you use LoopSuite's email marketing features, you must comply with:

  • CAN-SPAM Act (US): Include opt-out links, accurate sender information, and honour opt-out requests within 10 business days
  • UK PECR: Obtain consent before sending marketing emails (unless soft opt-in applies)
  • EU ePrivacy: Obtain consent before sending marketing emails
  • GDPR: Comply with data protection requirements for email addresses
  • No spam: Do not send unsolicited bulk emails
  • Accurate content: Do not use misleading subject lines or sender information

5. Content Guidelines

5.1 AI-Generated Content

LoopSuite uses AI to generate content (messages, emails, social posts). You are responsible for:

  • Reviewing all AI-generated content before it is sent or published
  • Editing content to ensure accuracy and appropriateness
  • Ensuring content complies with this AUP and applicable laws
  • Not relying solely on AI-generated content without human review

5.2 Prohibited Content

You must not create, send, or publish content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, or violates laws
  • Contains hate speech, discrimination, or incites violence
  • Is defamatory, libellous, or invades privacy
  • Contains adult content, gambling, or illegal goods/services
  • Violates intellectual property rights
  • Is misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent

6. Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your account credentials secure
  • Not sharing your account with others
  • Using strong, unique passwords
  • Notifying us immediately of unauthorised access
  • Ensuring third-party integrations you connect (Google Workspace, messaging channels, ad accounts, CRMs, and any others) are secured on your side

You must not attempt to access other users' accounts or data.

6.1 Recommended: dedicated accounts for third-party connections

Whenever a third-party service supports it, we strongly recommend connecting a dedicated business-tier account, sub-account, or service account rather than your main personal account. For example:

  • Create a dedicated Google Workspace user (e.g. [email protected]) for LoopSuite to act through, rather than connecting your personal Google account
  • Use a separate "LoopSuite" admin role on social platforms rather than your personal profile
  • Use a business-tier account on shop, CRM, or accounting platforms rather than a founder's personal login

This keeps permissions scoped, makes revocation cleaner, limits what can be accessed if a credential is ever compromised, and makes it easier to audit what your AI teammate did on your behalf. LoopSuite cannot limit the scope of permissions the third-party service grants — that is controlled by the service itself, so the scope you grant on the other side matters.

6.2 Fair use and usage caps

LoopSuite is a fair-use platform. Plans come with generous but finite headroom for AI model usage, automation runs, connected-service actions, storage, and traffic. To keep the service reliable for everyone, we may apply caps, rate limits, or throttling at our discretion regardless of plan (see the Terms of Service §4.6). Patterns that put excessive load on our infrastructure or on third-party services — even if they don't break any specific rule in this AUP — may be throttled or paused while we work with you on a sensible tier.

7. Consequences of Violations

If you violate this AUP, we may:

  • Issue a warning
  • Suspend your account temporarily
  • Terminate your account permanently
  • Remove or block content
  • Report violations to law enforcement or regulatory authorities
  • Take legal action

We reserve the right to take any action we deem necessary to protect the Service, other users, or third parties.

If a third-party service suspends or restricts your account due to violations (for example, WhatsApp, Meta, Google, or an ads platform), we may suspend your access to the corresponding feature in LoopSuite. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from such suspensions.

8. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of violations of this AUP, please report them to us at [email protected].

Include as much detail as possible (account name, content, screenshots, etc.) to help us investigate.
