How to delete your account

1. Open the LoopSuite app (iOS, Android, or web at chat.loopsuite.ai)
2. Tap your avatar (top left) to open the menu
3. Go to Account
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account
5. Type "DELETE" to confirm
6. Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed

You can also request deletion by emailing [email protected] from the email address associated with your account.

What gets deleted

• Your user account and login credentials
• Your company profile, settings, and preferences
• All chat messages and conversation history
• Customer records, leads, bookings, quotes, and invoices
• Connected account tokens (Google, Facebook, Stripe, etc.)
• Uploaded files, images, and documents
• Scheduled automations and goal data
• AI memory and learned preferences
• Active subscriptions are cancelled immediately

What is retained

• Anonymised, aggregated usage analytics (not linked to your identity)
• Payment transaction records as required by law (up to 7 years for tax/accounting obligations)
• Any data required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements

Retention period

Account deletion is processed immediately. All personal data is removed within 30 days. Legal retention records (payment history) are kept for up to 7 years as required by UK and EU financial regulations, after which they are permanently deleted.

Delete data without deleting your account

You can request partial data deletion without closing your account by emailing [email protected]. Specify which data you want removed (e.g. chat history, customer records, uploaded files) and we will process your request within 30 days.
